Andrey is an accomplished competition law specialist, leading the practice at KRB. His expertise covers a broad range of competition law matters, including mergers, restrictive trade practices, and cases related to the abuse of dominant position. He effectively represents clients in various proceedings before the Competition Authority, such as hearings, market studies, and enforcement proceedings.  Andrey also excels in representing clients in appeals before the Competition Court and civil courts.

Furthermore, Andrey provides ongoing advisory services in the field of competition law, demonstrating a deep understanding of issues related to the Anti-Concentration Law, Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, and other relevant areas. He possesses unique expertise in these domains, allowing him to offer valuable insights to his clients.

Andrey's professional excellence has been recognized by the Legal500, naming him as a "Next Generation Partner" in the field of competition law דsince 2023.

Formerly, Andrey served as a team leader in the legal department of the Israel Competition Authority (ICA), as well as a board member of the Foundation for Financing Class Actions at the Ministry of Justice.

Additionally, since 2019, Andrey has held the position of Chairman of the Antitrust Committee at the Tel-Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.
