Adv. Andrey Nickel specializes in  Competition Law and regularly advises clients with respect to a broad range of antitrust and competition issues, such as restrictive trade practices, mergers and abuse of dominant market positions.

Adv. Nickel is highly experienced in litigating cases before the Competition Tribunal, a special instance that is charged with adjudicating the ICA’s decisions on appeal.

Finally, Adv. Nickel has unique experience in providing tailor-made solutions to large corporations dealing with new restrictions imposed by the Law for Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration, an innovative and globally unprecedented law that requires a separation between businesses and financial institutions, and requires Israeli regulators to consult with the ICA on public tenders and licensing decisions.
