Adv. Amit Krispin is one of the leading lawyers in the Israeli energy industry, with nearly twenty years of experience in the field. Adv. Krispin represents the leading entities in the Israeli energy sector in general, and in the electricity sector and the natural gas market in particular. Adv. Krispin’s long list of clients includes both local and international clients, companies that develop power generation projects of natural gas and renewable energy, various construction and infrastructure companies, natural gas distribution companies, marketing companies and the largest natural gas consumers.

Among his other activities, Adv. Krispin provides his clients with regulatory advice and representation in front of regulatory bodies, with respect to the various project agreements, including EPC, O&M, Gas Purchase Agreements, PPA Agreements, Investment Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and Project Finance Agreements. Adv.
