Adv. Chen advises our clients on various complex commercial transactions, mainly in Energy and Infrastructure. Among others, Adv. Chen advises companies on commercial transactions for the establishment of private power plants fueled by natural gas, renewable and traditional energy projects, solar energy and infrastructures, EPC Agreements, O&M Agreements, etc.

Additionally, Adv. Chen advises companies on commercial transactions, such as M&As, joint ventures and tenders, throughout all stages of the transaction, including negotiations, founders’ agreements, incorporation of companies, loan agreements, investment agreements, share purchase agreements, etc.

Adv. Chen advises our clients with respect to all corporate and commercial matters, both with respect to the ongoing operation of the companies and to corporate and commercial aspects of the transactions they undertake.
