Asaf specializes mainly in providing legal advice to clients in the fields of commercial law, infrastructure, energy and financing. Asaf has a wide variety of legal experience and serves as legal counsel to various types of corporations in connection with major and complex transactions.

Asaf's experience includes providing ongoing consultation to many energy projects, such as  natural gas or biogas based power plants, PV power plants and wind farm projects, during which Asaf has counseled either lenders, investors or land owners.

In addition, Asaf provides legal counsel in complex finance transactions, in which Asaf has represented either lenders ot borrowers. As part of his extensive experience in financing and refinancing, Asaf headed the negotioations of numerous loan transactions, each exceeding hundreds of millions NIS, and was part of the legal team which headed the negotiations of  syndicated loans in aggregate amounts of billions NIS. Asaf also provided ongoing consultation to one of the largest insurance companies in Israel which is engaged in the financing of diverse real-estate projects, as well as to several private equity funds.
